Couples coaching
You love each other. You just can't seem to live together.
There's history between you. Maybe kids. Years of shared life. And something that got lost along the way: talks that end in a fight or in silence, the feeling you speak different languages, exhaustion from trying. You don't have to choose between "saving it" and walking away. There's a third option: understand what's really happening, then decide together.

This is for you if
- You argue more than you connect
- You feel like polite roommates
- One of you pushes to talk, the other goes quiet
- Trust took a hit and you don't know how to rebuild it
- You love each other but don't know how to fix this
What changes
- You finally see what you're really fighting about
- Hard conversations without attacking each other
- Emotional safety and trust, rebuilt step by step
- Closeness and intimacy coming back
- A clear decision you can both respect, whichever it is
Quick answers
Questions couples ask first
What if my partner doesn't want to come?
Start on your own. When one person changes their part, the whole dance changes. Many partners join later, once they see something is actually shifting.
Is couples coaching the same as marriage counseling?
No. Counseling and therapy can treat mental health issues and deep trauma. Coaching focuses on communication patterns, decisions and practice. If there is abuse or addiction, Izabela will refer you to a licensed professional.
Can we do sessions online?
Yes. Sessions run on Zoom, even if you are in two different places, or in person in the Chicagoland area.
"I don't save relationships. I help couples see what they're really in, and make a decision they can both respect."
