Information you give us. When you fill in a form, book a call or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, the time you book and anything you choose to write to us, for example what you would like to talk about.
Information shared during coaching. During calls and sessions you may share personal information about your relationships, history and goals. We treat this information as confidential (see section 4).
Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and analytics tools may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and referring website, using cookies and similar technologies.

3. Tools and service providers we use
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy terms, for example: Calendly (scheduling), Zoom (online sessions), Google (email, analytics through Google Site Kit), Meta (Facebook Pixel for measuring ads), WPForms (website forms), Hostinger (website hosting and email tools) and our payment processor. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Confidentiality of coaching conversations
What you share in discovery calls and coaching sessions is kept confidential and is not shared with anyone without your permission, except where disclosure is required by law, or where we believe in good faith that there is a serious risk of harm to you or to someone else. Coaching is not therapy and is not covered by the confidentiality rules that apply to licensed health professionals.
5. Text messages (SMS)
If you check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Shades of Happy (Izabela Lewis) at the number you provided, such as appointment reminders, follow-ups and occasional offers. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver the messages (for example, our SMS platform), and they may not use it for any other purpose.
6. Email
If you request the free guide we will email it to you. If you also check the email consent box, we may send occasional emails with articles and offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
